Here are some tips to help you stay healthy.
* Increase your drink Eat fruits with vitamin C, juice, take a supplement.
* Make sure you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
* Take your vitamins!
* Get enough sleep.
* Wrap up warm. Especially head and hands, where you lose more than your body heat and are more susceptible to frostbite.
* Eat fish. The best options to strengthen the immune oysters, lobsters, crabs, mussels, salmon.
* Green tea.
* Get enough protein.
* Getting enough exercise.
* Drink plenty of water.
* Wash your hands often.
* Change your towels once a day.
